$350 enrollment fee is waived for current patients
December enrollment is the only way to lock in these Founding Member rates for life. As long as your membership remains active, your pricing will never increase, even as standard rates rise in the future.
January 1 Standard Membership Pricing
Beginning January 1, standard membership pricing takes effect for all new members.
$149 per month for the first adult in the household
